
Rustic Sourdough Pulled Pork and Avocado Bloomer with Cheesy Chips
This BBQ pulled pork sandwich is smoky and savoury, layered with creamy avocado, spicy jalapeños, and tangy mayo on toasted bloomer bread. Paired with cheesy chips, it’s comfort food with a kick.

Ingredients
1 x Rustic Sourdough Bloomer
400g Pulled Pork
80g Hickory BBQ Sauce
2 Ripe Avocado’s
50g Jalapenos
50g Mayonnaise
4 x Portions of Cheesy Chips
The method
1. Add the pulled pork to the BBQ Hickory sauce and mix together.
2. Prepare and slice the avocado’s into strips.
3. Slice the bloomer into 8 pieces and gently toast.
4. To assemble the dish, spread the mayonnaise onto both slices of bread, top with the avocado, BBQ pulled pork and jalapenos.
5. Slice the bloomer in half and serve with cheesy chips.
6. Enjoy!
