
Nduja Sausage, Mozzarella and Farfalle Pasta
This spicy Nduja Pasta combines smoky sausage, rich tomato sauce, and mozzarella for a bold, comforting dish. Finished with parmesan, basil, and garlic bread — it's simple, satisfying, and full of flavour.

Ingredients
100g Nduja Sausage
150g Mozzarella Pearls
300g Farfalle Pasta
250ml Pizza Sauce
250ml Tinned Tomatoes
50g Chopped White Onion
50g Chopped White Onion
5g Garlic puree
25g Grated Parmesan
10ml Olive Oil
Basil to Garnish
12 Slices of Garlic Bread to serve
The method
1. Chop Nduja Sausage into ¼ inch cubes. In boiling salted water, cook the pasta (until al dente). Once boiled, drain and retain on one side.
2. To make the sauce, heat 10ml olive oil in a pan and fry the sausage, onion and garlic.
3. Add the pizza sauce and tinned tomatoes to the pan and simmer gently.
4. To assemble the dish, add the pasta to the sauce and stir carefully.
5. Add the pasta dish to bowls and add the mozzarella pearls. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with basil. Serve with garlic bread.
6. Enjoy!
