Korean Fusion Burritos
Need a weeknight dinner that's anything but boring? Meet these Korean Fusion Burritos! They're packed with flavourful, spicy mince and loaded with cheese and all your favourite toppings. It's the perfect easy meal that feels a little extra special, and the whole family will love it.

Ingredients
4x 12 Inch tortilla wraps
100g Cooked kidney beans
1kg Minced steak
30g Puree Garlic
60g Gochujang paste
320g Tomato salsa
360g Grated cheese
4x Spring onions sliced
100g Sour cream
10g Chopped coriander
Pinch of paprika
Salt and pepper
The method
1. Fry off the mince with gochujang paste, paprika and garlic puree until it is cooked. Then add kidney beans and season with salt and pepper.
2. To make the burritos, fill each tortilla wrap with approximately 250g of the mince mixture, followed by spring onions and approximately 40g of salsa per wrap and add 45g of grated cheese. Fold in the sides and roll into a cylinder shape.
3. To serve, place in a baking tray and top with the remaining salsa and grated cheese, and cook in a moderate oven at 170 degrees for approximately 10 minutes. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with the coriander.
