Chocolate Pudding with Mint Chocolate Ice Cream

Ready for a tasty dessert that's surprisingly easy? This chocolate pudding is the answer. It's got a warm, gooey centre, a rich chocolate sauce, and a fresh scoop of mint chocolate ice cream on top. A few simple steps and you'll have a treat that everyone will love.

Chocolate Pudding with Mint Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients

250g Soft dark brown sugar

250g Salted butter

200g Self-raising flour

4 Eggs

50g Coco powder

Ingredients for sauce

200g Belgium cooking chocolate

100ml Double cream

100ml Milk

The method

 1. Heat the oven to 170 degrees and line one 6-inch baking tray with baking parchment paper.

2. Soften the butter and add to a mixing bowl along with the sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

3. Slowly add the eggs, beating continuously. Fold in the flour and coco powder until smooth.

4. Spoon the mix into the baking tin and cook for approximately 40 minutes.

5. To make the sauce, heat the cream, milk and chocolate until melted and smooth.

6. To assemble the dish, cut the pudding into 12 pieces and place them on a plate. Pour on the sauce and top with mint chocolate ice cream. 

7. Enjoy!
