Aussie Burger with Seasoned Twisters

Ingredients
800g Minced beef steak
15x Eggs
½ Chopped onion
2x Cloves garlic
3g Thyme
25g Natural breadcrumbs
4x Brioche burger buns
100g Gem lettuce
8x Cheddar cheese slices
16x Slices streaky bacon
1x Beef tomato
4x Pineapple rings
200g Sliced dill pickled gherkins
100g Burger sauce
100g BBQ sauce
The method
1. Fry off the onion, then add it to the mince with herbs, garlic, 1 egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix together, then make into 8 x 100g round 4-inch patties. Set the patties aside.
2. To assemble the dish, chargrill or shallow fry the patties, bacon and pineapple rings, and 4 eggs. Then top each burger with a slice of cheese, and put it in the oven or grill to melt for approximately 1 minute. Toast the buns, then place BBQ sauce on the bottom bun, then stack with the burgers, bacon, pineapple, gem lettuce, sliced tomato, gherkin and a fried egg. To finish, top with burger sauce.
3. Serve with seasoned Twisters.
