No-Rum Painkiller
Ingredients:
- 120ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Orange juice
- 30ml Coconut cream
- Freshly grated nutmeg (optional)
- Crushed Ice
Method:
Shake all the ingredients with ice and pour into your tiki mug. Garnish your mocktail with nutmeg and a pineapple slice.
Faux Mai Tai
Ingredients:
- 30ml Lime juice
- 30ml Orange juice
- 30ml Almond Syrup
- 30ml Pineapple juice
- A dash of grenadine
- Crushed ice
Method:
Add the crushed ice to your tiki mug. Shake all the remaining ingredients and pour over the ice. Garnish with mint, a lime wedge and a cherry.
Coconut Mojito Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 8-10 Mint leaves
- 30ml Lime Juice
- 15ml Coconut syrup or coconut water
- 15ml Sugar syrup
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Method:
Stir the mint with the lime and syrups. Add the ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint and lime.
Blue Lagoon Tiki Mocktail
Ingredients:
- 60ml Pineapple juice
- 30ml Coconut water
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Blue curaçao syrup (non-alcoholic version)
- Crushed ice
Method:
Add the crushed ice to a tiki glass. Shake the remaining ingredients and pour over the ice. Garnish the mocktail with an umbrella and a cherry.
